Whole Health's signature program is a two hour session either twice a month or once a week that combines all of Antonietta's services in one, most fully incorporating all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. This program integrates nutrition counseling, exercise and yoga/meditation/breath work to support greater physical health and overall well- being.
